The user shall determine the suitability and safety of the parts and products for its intended use. And the user assumes all responsibility and risk in connection therewith. Ordering - You can order by phone, walk-in or currently via e-mail. All orders will be fulfilled as soon as possible. Sometimes we will drop ship all or part of your order. We do not guarantee delivery on any/all orders and their times. Smileys Racing Orders can be picked up at Mikes Custom Works or delivered on Saturdays at the race track.
We recommend when ordering to supply as much information as possible to assure you receive the correct parts. We will not be responsible for parts that were ordered incorrectly. If we accidentally deliver the wrong part to you, please let us know as soon as possible. We will get the correct part for you. All we ask is that you return the incorrect parts in exchange for the correct ones.

Terms - All sales are C.O.D. or upon pickup, and will be paid for in full when products are picked up or delivered to you. You may pay in cash, certified check or money order (Company or personal checks must be approved in advance.) We are not in the finance business. Payment can also be made via major credit cards however, there is a 5% surcharge applied to all card transactions.

Deposits - Trailers will require a 15% - 30% deposit on trailers not in stock. Your trailer will be placed in line to be built in the order in which we receive deposits. The deposits are nonrefundable.

Pricing - Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Due to the number of outside suppliers that we use, we cannot guarantee prices. Some suppliers change their prices quite frequently. Although we will honor any prices quoted or estimated for 15 days. Once a sale is made and deposits are received, your price will be set, regardless of price changes. Mikes Custom Works will do everything within our power to quote/publish current price information to our customers.

Trailer Repair - Trailers may be repaired or modified at our shop by appointment on a first come first serve basis. No repairs will be scheduled for Friday, though it may be finished from the previous day. You need to make allowances on major repairs by contacting us in a timely manner and allow sufficient time to complete the work. We reserve the right to refuse any work in which we were notified at the last minute, and feel that we are not able to complete the work in which the safety of the trailer and/or our integrity comes in question.

Return Policy - Parts may be returned up to 15 days from the date of purchase. A 10% restocking fee and all return freight costs will be charged. Return authorization is required in advance. A copy of the invoice/sales slip must accompany the parts being returned. There will be no cash refund on returned merchandise. Only credit will be issued to be used towards future purchases.

Advertisement - All buyers of new trailers and those in which major repairs are made to used trailers agree to advertise on behalf of Mikes Custom Works for at least one year from the date in which the trailer is completed. Buyers agree to display in plain view any Mikes Custom Works / MCW Trailers stickers/logos that are provided by us during this time period. Mikes Custom Works also reserves the right to use pictures/images of the trailer and/or buyers quotes along with any trailer specs for the sole purpose of advertising our products and services. A release must be signed at the time delivery of the car is made and contact information must be on file.
